Forgot your password and having trouble signing in?

Enter your mobile number OR the email address you used to register an unique account. If you wish to recover your password using your registered email address, enter the same to receive an email containing a link you should click to set your new password. If you have entered your mobile number, you should receive a SMS with a password we would create for you. We recommend that you change your password as a precaution after you have signed in. 

It might happen that you don't have an email address associated with your account, don't worry! You can use your mobile number to recover your password or let us know at info@l-pesa.com. When you have signed in, you should be able to update your email address.
